You play that verse and finishing chord bit twice. On the second time the finishing 
chord is played a little longer than the first time.

you play the verse again

the chorus the second time is a little bit different. You just hang on the final chord a 
bit longer than normal the second time through and it transitions right into the solo. 
Listen to the track and you'll get what I mean.
