3 Doors Down - When Youre Young Acoustic Chords & Tabs

I was watching this acoustic cover (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqPHBTHD7d8) made by 
"arbonjovi" on Youtube and decided to tab it. This is my first tab, so there are 
probably some mistakes. Please help me to improve it :)
