This is my first try at this so you will have to bare with me :D
Ok, i tried figuring this out and its as close as i could get to the real thing so
yer. Im not entirely sure how to write the strumming pattern so you will have to
listen to the song to get it right.
It is easier if all the chords, except for 'C', are played as bar chords.
Intro – F C G Am (×2)
Verse 1 – C Am C Am F G Am F G
Interlude – C Am C Am
Verse 2 – C Am C Am F(the 'F' is played until the end of this verse)

(the first bit is played 3 times, but the last bit of the chorus is a bit different)

(let the last 'G' ring, or mute it straight after it is played)
Chorus – F C G Am (×3) F C G F
(same as the first chorus)
Birdge - Am F G (×4)
Interlude – C Am C Am
Chorus – F C G Am (×3) F C G F (Play the whole chorus, including the different
bit, twice)
Ending - F C F
