Its just a bar chord on the 2nd fret in an Am formation. 
So just put your Am in the 3rd and 4th fret instead of the 1st and 2nd 
and theres your Bm. then simply lift off the g string 
(which should be your pinky) and you will have Bm7.  
Just wanted to clarify!
