I think the songs in D major, pretty simple really.

This is how the rhythm goes:
 Bm
Dil ko yun...
 Bm
Sapnay bhi hum ko...

The verse goes like:
 Em              F#m
Bekarar...honay lagee hai..
 Em               F#m
Bekaraaree...barhtee jai...

The rest is mostly similar.
