Harp harmonic: this is a classical guitar thechnic used by some guitar players as
steve Morse. you usually get harmonics at the 12th frett, is the easiest of the harmonics
th get from the guitar. Now if you put a capo on the 2dn frett of your guitar you will
get this harmonics on the 14th frett ( 12 steps up from the note press by the capo).
If you understand this theres no problem understanding the rest. If you dont, find a capo
put it on a frett a play the harmonics of the 14th frett, lol.
Ok now, loose the capo. If you ask someone to press one note on one string you can get the
harmonic 12 frett up hust the same way that with the capo. But this last execise needs
3 hands right?
well that note you got with someones help is the Harp harmonic; now you have to be able
play it yourself.
Now, loose your pick aswell. press the on the 2nd frett of the G string (1)
Place one of your pick-hand fingers (no the thumb) over the 14th frett, slightly touching the string (2)
Then pick the string with the thumb and remove the pick-hand fingers (just like you play
natural harmonic) (3)
