Blur - The Puritan Acoustic Chords & Tabs

This is a song that Damon performed at a poetry concert recently and is going to be 
released officially on July 2nd.

The chords are G and D in bar form:

The song is basically the G chord played fourteen times in a certain rhythm then slid up 
to the D chord where it does the same, then repeat.
