This is a great song Live.  On the river album it's played in the key of G,
 when they play it live it's in the Key of F.  This tab is for the live 
verion, but I'll include chords for the album version as well.

Now for the chords I use a capo on the first fret because I hate playing 
bar chords.  So, instead of playing F, Bb, and C, with the capo on 
I play E, A and Bsus.  If you're playing the studio version, the 
chords are G, C, and D.

So, the chords translate like this:
 With 1st fret capo
F  = E
Bb = A
C  = bsus

C  = D
