I've put a chords version of the song first, though the chorus doesn't actually have any 
In the chorus, there's just a piano melody (that follows the vocal line), but I've put 
that follow the piano and vocal parts. I've put the piano part at the bottom of this tab.

Verse and chorus chords are almost identical. The only difference is that it doesn't go 
to C for the last two bars.

The timing for chords and words aren't exact, just a rough guide from how I remember 
to be.
