I'm not sure about some of the words. Some websites have them, but it's obviously 
not what he's saying. The song is around eighty years old so the sound obviously 
isn't very clear.

When playing the verses, just play the chords with alternating bass notes. For the 
Bb6 chord, just barre the G, B, and high E strings at the 3rd fret, hit the bass 
note once and strike the chord twice.
