Citizen Cope - Bullet And A Target Chords & Tabs

I was looking at the first two versions of the tabs for this song and found that the
bar chords throughout the song sound better and won't give you carpel tunnel if a capo is
and they are played as open chords.  Also I added another chord that transitions well 
the last note of the pattern to the first which i can here in the actual song.  This is
first tab, but a simple song, so here it goes.
