Ok so I wanted to play this song exactly like Colbie and couldn't find any decent 
chord tabs for that, so I decided to tab this one myself...which took a lot of 
time (to get the chords all by ear) but, worth every second =)

PS: on the last chorus Colbie finger picks the strings instead of strumming but i 
haven't figured out the pattern yet

First of all TUNING for this song is HALF STEP DOWN (D#,G#,C#,F#,A#,d#)

Chords used are: E F#m G#m B C#m Asus2

But they're not the simple chords, as Colbie uses some open forms of F#m, G#m, C#m 
and B. So I'll show you how to play every chord myself (C#m can be played both ways):
