Counting Crows - Big Yellow Taxi Chords & Tabs

My first song learned by ear (with some help from my music teacher). The verse is 
correct,
 but I had trouble with the chorus. Maybe someone will correct it. listen to the song 
exact timing.
Done in Standard tuning.
