I'm not certain of the real chord names, so bear with me;
Capo on the 4th fret:
F Em G Am
e|---0----(3)---(3)----0---|
B|---1-----1----(1)----1---|
G|---2-----0-----0-----2---|
D|---3-----2-----0-----2---|
A|---3-----x-----2-----0---|
E|--(1)----x-----3-----x---|
[ Tab from: https://www.guitartabs.cc/tabs/d/damien_jurado/ohio_crd.html ]
Essentially, you can play it by plucking the bass note, then strumming the rest;
(for the F, pluck the A string)
(for the E, pluck the D string)
(for the G, pluck the E string)
(for the Am, pluck the A string)
And so it goes:
F Em
out from my window, across from the city
G Am
i have what's considered a good view
F Em
two blocks from the subway, three from the fountain
G Am
where i walk to break in my new shoes
....
F Em
it's been a long time
G Am
a real long time
