Dashboard Confessional - Tonight Ill Take What I Can Get Acoustic Chords & Tabs

The other 2 tabs were sort of right... but they were using wrong chords, and the timing 
all weird on them, but to me this sounds 100% perfect

Chords Used (different variations)  I'm also not 100% sure what some of the chords are 
here they are

The progression of chords in the chorus is super-fast and he changes the chord with 
word...trust me, this is accurate, just learn the strumming.
