I was trying to figure out Grab It (which I think has the capo on the 3rd fret as well),
also on Without A Sound, when I noticed the chords I was trying out were part
of On The Brink, so I thought i'd do the rest while I was at it ;D
Sounds like 2 guitars throughout most of the song - a lightly overdriven one playing the
main parts, with a bassy super fuzzed guitar quietly playing the same underneath, but without
the fills, just the chords themselves. The solo parts sound like it's just heavy fuzz
as well, with plenty of treble to get the harsh piercing sound you hear on the record.
The main guitar sounds like a Jazzmaster (or similar) using the middle pickup selection
(both pickups), though most guitars with two pickups in the same setting should get you
a close enough sound. Like I said also, light overdrive, it's not entirely clean.
