The chords for the intro and verse are
G Em Am D
and the chorus is
G D C C
The break in the middle of the song (at 1:17) is just the normal verse
pattern, with the chords struck once at the beginning of each measure,
and a Bm7 between the Am and D the second time around. For the ukelele
part, I stick a capo on the 7th fret. My **approximation** of
the part goes something like (combining the two parts for one guitar,
relative to the capo):

1p0 = pull off from the first fret to an open string
3/5 = slide up from fret 3 to fret 5
7/5 = slide down from fret 7 to fret 5
1~ = slight vibrato
