The intro is with a 24-fret guitar but most people don't have one so you can do it an octave lower but this is how Art did it. The slide you hear in the beginning is from a slide guitar going from fifth fret to the second.

Bridge- clean and it is an alternating pattern of and F bar chord (first fret) and a G bar chord (third fret).
Verse two is like the chorus with a different strum pattern. The second chorus is the same and the second bridge and F, G, Am (fifth fret), and then another F bar chord.

The last chorus has chords C, F, Am, and D in that order with tremolo 3 and 1/2 times.
It then fades into a part of bar chords like the verses and then finally ends with 10 measures of the bridge part with chords F, G, and Am.
