Play fast with fingers, palm-mute low E string rhythmically on each
beat. The beauty of playing it without a pick is that you can make
each phrase sound much busier than it truly is by hitting open notes
strategically. You might also find yourself more readily able to
alternate to fingerpicking in at least one small section of the song.
