The chord progression is as follows:
verses:  G - F - C - C
chorus:  Bb - C - Eb/D - D - G - F - C - C

(note: I have seen two other tabs with Ab in
place of the Eb/D.  I like my Eb/D way better.)

The Go-Gos play this mainly with power chords, 
but I find that the full chords work very 
well.  Strum with a strong, steady rhythm, 
letting the top notes ring.  Note that the 
verses and the chorus have different strumming 
patterns.
