*For the Bm, B(addE)(alternating) chord progression, you basically
just play a Bm barre chord with the 1st string open and then
alternate between the Bm and B(addE) by placing the 2nd finger
on and off the D note on the 2nd string. The 2nd string is played
open when the 2nd finger is lifted. Listen to the song to determine
the rhythm.
CHORUS 1, INTERLUDE and CHORUS 2 are played palm-muted.
