First of all, if you want to learn how to play the song watch this video:

It shows Josh actually playing the song and from watching it's pretty easy to pick
up on the hammer patters and the walks up and down on the chords.
Second of all, I'm terrible at guitar so I can't even play this myself to check it
out meaning there are likely dozens of mistakes, but I love this song and thought
it deserved to be listed, so this is my best effort. Feel free to contact me with
corrections or suggestions!
