5\7 = slide the picked note (5) to the 7th fret
4h5 = pick the note (4) and hammer-on the 5th fret
17b19 = pick the note (17) and bend to the tone of the 19th fret
~2 = pick the note (2) and let ring and give it the feel of a vibrato
