This is my first tab in quite a while so I hope everyone likes it!!
This tab was based off of the Kate Voegele version and a version my dad taught me.
I thought some of his chords sounded
strange so I changed a few as well. There seems to be lots of ways to play this
song and this is just how i do it :)
I'm mainly a vocalist, so i decided to keep the guitar pretty raw on this song. I
just pick the 4th and 1st string, and
then the 4th and 2nd string of each chord, each time letting the notes ring for 2
beats. For a more complicated guitar
part, listen to the song and be creative!!
Unfortunately, I had a few problems in uploading this song. Some of the chords
aren't directly over where they should be.
But listen to the song and it should be pretty obvious. Sorry!!
Please comment and rate!

David played and it pleased the Lord

Well it goes like this:
D F#m
The fourth, the fifth, the minor fall and the major lift
D E F#m
The baffled king composing Hallelujah
D F#m D A E A
Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah
A D
Well your faith was strong but you needed proof
A D
You saw her bathing on the roof
F#m A
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you
A D
She tied you to her kitchen chair
F#m
She broke your throne, she cut your hair
D E F#m
And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah

The holy dove was moving too
