Kawashima Ai - Tabidachi No Hi Ni On The Day Of Departure Chords & Tabs

This is a very beautiful song by Ai-chan. This song is usually played on the 
final/graduation day in school.

Please note that I DID NOT figure out these chords myself. I figured them out watching 
the kid playing from this video (it took me more than 1.5 hours to complete it so I 
deserve something also...don't I!):

Thanks to that kid (even though I assume HE got the chords from some other source too ;p).
However, I've added one or two tweaks to make them a bit more natural.
