Fairly sure it is correct.

There are three chords i don't know the name for. I will label them as G! Am! and Bm!

IMPORTANT: Almost all of the chords are played adding your pinky finger on the high e string in the 
third fret. I will label the ones without it with a * after the chord
Also, a chord with a / means you play the regular chord, but change the base to the note after the /
