-this is one of my favourite songs, if not the favourite one 
(Bob Dylan's version). 
-I wanted to give some contribution for this song, but there
 are already 4-5 versions of chords for Bob Dylan's version,
 so I'm doing a Micah P Hinsion interpretation of this song. 
-It's pretty simple, descent, and easy to learn version.
