What You Could Have Won Tab
WHAT YOU COULD HAVE WON
by Milburn Awsome band

E A
Can you fetch my coat cos i don't feel too great, anymore
E A
But i want to stay, don't you want to stay as well?
I don't think that you do
E
I've got this funny feeling that you don't feel like i do
A
This conversations just passing you by
E
I know it i can see it in your eyes
A
You've had one too many, low and behold
(from here, not quite got the chords yet)
You're telling the secrets that can't be told
You feel so special, it feels so bold
But then you knock me back and i fall
(to here)
I fall to the floor!
CHORUS: A, G#, F#, E x 8

Verse 2
I'm walking home
Half pissed and i'm frozen
My minds warmer by the little token of you, in your little way
But they're sleeping in your bed today
And now beeps the phone
I fumble round to answer but i end up putting it on hold
Late night taxis keep passing me by
I feel sick and look to the sky
I've had one too many, low and behold
The late night lovers stay out in the cold
I ring your number i feel so bold
You kick me into touch and i fall
I fall to the floor!
CHORUS: A, G#, F#, E x 16
And all he wanted was a kiss
And all he wanted was a chance tonight
And yeah your ignorance was bliss
Yeah your ignorance was paradise
Just give him a chance
Just give him a sign or something to tell him what you want
Cos before too long he'll find somebody else
It's then that you'll know that you want him more
Lead through the above, I don't know the amount of times each string is played, it's
tremelo picking (I think), so you'll have to listen to the song for the correct timings.
it's not spot on, and I suggest playing around the notes and finding something you prefer.
