This is a bastardization of the intro, which is played by backwards
banjo with echo. Some soft mutes will have this sounding close.

Every other time this melody is played, just change the last note
of the measure as shown. Throw in an open D drone wherever you can.
You may have to mute your G to do this.

Just drone with your open D string every other down-strum. It also
sounds fine to drone your A, although Isaac doesn't do this. The
drone is very audible, and I can't believe other tabs miss it.
