the ~(0.5) isn't just a vibrato. use the bar to bend like this:
b-r-b-r-b-r-b-r

by br(0.75) i mean: bend up to almost fret 14, then release.
listen to the song to get the right pitch.

when isaac plays this live, he hits harmonics on the 12th
fret then presses on the bridge to bend them.  But I guess normal
fretted notes would sound as good.
