Note: The bridge follows this C-G-D, C-D-Bm progression and it's kind of
open to interpretation.  I've tabbed out the basic pattern based on what
I pick out of the song and the plucking pattern in the Interlude.  By the
3rd time through the bridge, the guitar is definitely getting messier with
added notes (e.g. open B and e strings thrown into the mix).
