During the last bar of the chorus you can play up the octave (6th fret
on the G-string or 16th fret on the A-string)
The outro is just the verse reapeated (without the first two bars) but
there's a little breakdown before the last note

This first bar is triplets crotchets (it just seems that the bar is
smaller than the rest because I couldn't make it fit evenly properly)
The intro is just the verse riff just without the first two bars. It
goes straight to D (5th fret on A-string)
