Hello this is a Riff of "Step Lil Closer" by "Peace" , this is guitar that play Doug 
with a fender stratocaster
the effects that i use are:
Delay -tempo 20 , you can play with this effect
reverb - the reverb should be very noisy, play with the effects
you can use a distrotion Ds-1 , Big Muff Pi , or any other distortion/overdrive effect
