hey - tuning is signature Placebo F Bb Eb Ab C C (essentially 1/2 a step up with
the high e dropped down to C to match the B string)
Essentially to play the chords you can either tune your guitar up 1/2 a step, or
capo 1 and play the chords relative to the capo
Chords (if you want to use the Placebo tuning (otherwise just play them as you typically would):
