"Molasses"
Radiohead
Tabbed by Danny I.
This short little b-side is a pretty easy song to play by Radiohead, since
there is no chorus; just a repetitious bridge. I wish it was a lot longer
(it's only two verses), since I find it fun to listen to. Like always,
you'll have to hear the song to get the rhythms right, its in an odd meter
(I've attempted to count it out). The hammer-ons in the base don't
necessarily need to be there, since you could just slide up and down to
those bass notes.

Play the above ten times, until the bridge comes in, with some
strange distortion that makes it pretty tough to hear:

Verse x10 (eight with lyrics)
Bridge x2
Verse x8
Bridge x4
Verse lyrics:
Shake hands, genocide, molasses
Jet-powered caravans, molasses
I'm too good, you're stuck on
Rent free earthquake zone
Molasses
I need someone else's glasses
Starving waitresses in plasters
Fat houseflies
Genocide
We've been stitched up
Molasses
And thats it. It's a fun quick song to learn. Now if only it had a nice little chorus....
