************************************************************************
The rest of the song is the same as above, with minor picking variations
************************************************************************
"When life becomes as barren and as"
"cold as winter skies, there's a"
"beacon in the darkness in a"
"distant pair of eyes. In"
"vain to search for order and in"
"vain to search for truth, But these"
"things can still be given, Your"
"love has shown me proof"
Notes: 1) Use a light chorus or flanger, if possible.
2) Keep the picking as simple as possible -
don't play too many notes!
3) Some of the picking above was arbitrarily chosen
since it is difficult to hear every note on the record.
4) The synthesizer is transcribed (at least) one octave lower
than on the record.
5) That piercing last synthesizer note can be simulated by playing
an artificial harmonic on the 9th fret of the G string, picking
directly above the middle pickup (on my guitar anyway).
Have fun!
