|If I were to use this bassline for teaching purposes I could use|
|for lessons by the name of "Less is More" or "How to use the |
|Drums while still playing Bass". Either lesson would work for |
|this one. The human mind has a tendancy to complicate melodies |
|and this simple use of octaves shows that. Using octaves at |
|proper intervals create the illusion of melody and fools the |
|would-be listener into thinking there is more going on when in |
|actuality during the song this bassline only has 2 chords at use|
|for the bass. |

|The other interesting thing to not about this bassline is the |
|playing with the drummer. It's a pretty simple lesson but when |
|used effectivly a bass rythm and a bass drum rhythm will re- |
|enforce each other giving a song some real backbone, not to |
|mention making the whole band sound a heck of a lot tighter. |
