I have been looking all over the internet for a correct tab of this song.
A lot of people have come close and thanks to all of you.
But I had to go and do this the old fashioned way.
I hope this helps. The album version of this song is dubbed with many guitars
(much like Adams Song by Blink 182 is)
but I minimized it to 3.

Anyway I have the whole song tabbed out, as well as the lyrics,
with some chords I use for an acoustic version when playing live.
The chords aren't all correct, I am well aware of it.
They just sound good on an acoustic when you're singing.

I play this with a nice distortion on it.
Figure out the rhythm yourself by listening to the song.

I used to get the tone while tabbing this.
I used a Tom Delonge Signature Epiphone es-33
with a Gibson Dirty Fingers pickup in the bridge position
through a Marshall Full stack
with the gain at about 7 to 8.
Make sure that your mid tones are set
just a little bit higher than the bass and treble too.
