After repeating the first sequence some more, use the transition again, but instead of 
going back to Cma7, go to the Chorus

Repeat the above sequence several times. Finally, throw in the great sounding Em7 chord 
into the chorus sequence,
check the actual song for when it comes up.

Just keep repeating the chorus over and over, throwing in the Em7 when appropriate, to 
end the song.
