Couldn't find many tabs to this song, and none of them sounded right, so I tabbed it myself.

Then just strum Em in the background until this:

C# C Em C#  G

Then play the Chrous again, strumming C# afterward, then the little part played at the end is just C# C Em C#  G with some slow strumming up then down.
