The actual guitar playing is pretty simple. The "x" is a mute, which is what it sounds 
like to me, or it can be replaced with another 12 (so you get 12-12-14 followed by the 12 
on the D string), or you can just omit the "x" and play it straight-forward.
        Sorry if the Guitar 1, Guitar 2 looks confusing, I wanted to juxtapose both tabs to 
show that both guitars are plucked in sync.
It sounds good if you layer these on a loop pedal.

The bass part is transcribed for guitar. I think you get the best tone playing on the 
low E string, but you can incorporate the A string and get the same notes if you want to 
lessen hand movement.
