The T letter stands for tempo... because the riff is not made on the first down beat(1 
in a 4/4 measure), instead is made in the middle of the 2/3.
The hole song has kind of a triplet feel so make sure you bare that in mind while playing.

So here's the structure of the song:
It goes |A| 2 times then |B + A| and at E you just play once on the 1 then Riff!
