Hey there… This is my first tab. So it's pretty basic. I haven't got any of the little
funny things Tim does during the song, but i'm sure you'll figure it out. I haven't payed
attention to his style of strumming in the tabs either. But watch it on Youtube and 
you'll get it right away.

This is his Low key/late night version on acoustic.

The tuning is standard although it's tuned down to:

E -> C#
A -> F#
D -> B
G -> E
B -> D#
E -> C#

and then Capo on 2nd fret. (don't ask me why… but that's the way it is)
