Asus for one strum then play a normal A to get the melody of the song. 
The same goes for the E with the same note (C# on the B string). 
Then for the Dsus2, I hammer-off from 4 to 2 on the G string, 
once every bar it's played.
It's hard to explain and it might sound very confusing.. but it sounds good.
