You Me At Six - Tigers And Sharks Chords & Tabs

Standard tuning. I saw a few errors in other tabs and decided to tab it how I hear it. 
To me it sounds like the intro chords are B minor and D, but other people are tabbing as 
E minor and G so whatever. Here's the tab.
